50th Anniversary of the Founding of the Stefanus Alliance

Summary

50 years ago after being released from Jail from Roumania and ransomed for 10000 USD Pastor Richard Wurmbrand on arriving in Oslo came and worshipped at the American Lutheran Church.  During the service he and his wife wept when they saw the freedom to worship. They also wept after they saw the children in Sunday School.  Pastor Wurmbrand had cake with Gill Holby at her house.  At this meeting the idea of a mission to the iron curtain was born.

We love our persecuted sisters and brothers by praying for them , looking out for them, engage with them, relate to them.
