ALC Confirmation Ministry – will begin August 27. at 12.45 in the Fireside room.
Confirmation is a two-year study course for youth 7th grade and up to learn more deeply concerning their faith, learn “whys” of the Lord’s prayer, Apostle’s and Nicene creeds, the sacraments of baptism and Holy Communion, and most importantly how Jesus gives us salvation and calls us to walk in faith with him.
For those who are baptised, Confirmation gives the youth the opportunity to confirm their faith as their own. For those youth who are pondering baptism, this ministry can help them to learn more, and deepen their faith.
