ALC Women’s Retreat – “Love, Laugh, and Listen” Women’s Retreat at ALC
Registration preferably by August 21!
All women (ANYONE, whether member, friend, or friend-to-be!) are invited to
our annual Women’s Retreat on September 2-3, here at the ALC. The retreat
theme is “Love, Laugh, and Listen” and will be led by Pastor Emily Rova-Hegener.
During our time, we will be sharing in conversation, eating good food, laughing
a lot, singing and worshiping together, listening to one another, and will learn
how to bring the tools of retreat into our daily lives. We hope you will make
this retreat a priority, as we seek to meet new people, strengthen friendships,
and build community, all while rooted in God’s Word! If you can only join us for
a portion of the time, that is just fine, we just want you to come and be a part
of this faith filled opportunity!
Who: Women of ALC, friends, friends-to-be, and any women from the community!
When: Friday September 2nd and Saturday September 3rd
(Friday night from 17:00-21:00 and Saturday from 8:30,starting with breakfast-15:00)
Where: ALC Hanson Hall
Why: To meet new friends, build community, celebrate God’s love, laugh a lot, and
listen to one another
Cost: 300 KR, but NO ONE will be turned away because of financial issues.Please
contact the church office if there is a need. Childcare will also be provided,
but we will need to know as soon as possible so we can make arrangements.
