Fall Work Day
We will have a work day to rake leaves, clean windows, and make sure the building is ready for winter. Come join us—whether you can stay all morning or just for a few hours, all help is greatly appreciated!
Lunch will be served from about 12:30, so we can enjoy some fellowship after our work together.
Christmas Market
The ALC will be running the café and sales table at the American Women’s Club Christmas Market. Here is an opportunity to volunteer, meet people and purchase unique Christmas gifts. We need your volunteer help in the kitchen and at the sales table. We need donations of good items to sell. We are looking for homemade items such as crafts, knitting, sewing, etc. We can also sell Christmas decorations and other items that are suitable for gifts. The American Women's Club will have a stall with sweet baked goods, so we may only sell savory food items. This is a fun fundraising, fellowship, and outreach event. Stay tuned for additional information. Please note this in your calendar and plan on attending. Student Movie Night
Welcome to another student movie night! We’ll show a classic Hollywood movie from back in the days and have a great time discussing it afterwards. We have prepared questions for the discussion. We won’t tell you the title beforehand—you’ll discover it with everyone else upon arrival!
The meal is served from 5:30 and the movie starts around 6pm. If you can’t stay for the whole evening you are welcome to just come for a while.

Work and Fellowship Day
There will be a focus on the Sanctuary and our “bomb shelter” storage areas. We would also appreciate any volunteers willing to spend an hour in the kitchen tidying up and hosting a simple lunch for volunteers in the fireside room and library.
