 This year’s Christmas program will be held on Sunday December 13th, during the church service.
Upcoming Rehearsal schedule will be:
Sat. 5/12, 10:00-12:00
Sun. 7/12 11:00 (During Sunday School)
Sat. 12/12. Dress rehearsal 10:00-12:00
Please note the change in time on Saturdays' rehearsals from last year, they will now be from 10-12, and Sunday rehearsals will be during regular church time.
We need some parents or others to volunteer to help with the 4 following areas – the 5th point is for all:
Help with making a snack at the rehearsals; fruit, veggies, crackers & cheese, etc. on both Saturdays 6th and 13th.
Help with the craft on the first Sat. December 6th. They are ready made kits with instructions! Some children will be doing a craft while others are rehearsing and then they'll switch.
On the 5th - help go through our costumes and find out what is needed in addition to what we have.
On the 12th - put together goodie bags for the kids, to be handed out after their program. (we need about 40-50 bags) Is anyone willing to take on the job of getting the contents for the goody bags? I can give you a list. Does anyone have any goody bags on hand – plain brown paper bags would work very well - we have stickers to decorate them.
We will also need all parents and any other willing bakers to bring Christmas cookies to serve the children during the coffee hour in Hanson Hall on the 13th.
