Over the years the ALC has developed a sports ministry.

The purpose is for the membership to have fun and fellowship together.

It also provides an avenue for visitors, new members and family to get to know the congregation better.

Tennis
We have arranged tennis events for the congregation.

In the winter time these have been indoors, and in the summer time outdoors.

Non-tennis players are welcome just to fellowship.

Family Golfgolf
Over the last few years we have arrange a family golf event at Nittedal GolfKlubb during the spring. We have had participants from 5 to 80 years old.

No special requirements as to equipment and skills.

Hot dogs and hamburgers on the grill, chips and pop have traditionally been served.

Men's Golf tournament
The first Men's Golf tournament took place in 2007.

This event requires a "Green Card", and is targeted toward the avid golf player.

Throughout the Bible we, as a body, are commanded to look after the orphans and widows.

While we do not have any orphans in our midst, we are attempting to look after the orphans in Ghana.tea

The ALC in Oslo honors the widows in our congregation with an Afternoon Tea, which is hosted by the Pastor, Council President and Fellowship Chair.

This generally takes place in September.
