Born Jan 3, 1881, Michicot, Wis., to Andrew and Elen (Levre) Halverson. m. Ruth Peterson Sept. 15, 1909, St. Paul, Minn. Luther College, 1904; Luther Seminary, St. Paul, Minn., 1908. Ordained at Minot, N.D., 1908.Served parishes at: Omaha, Neb., 1908-18; Oconomowoc, Wis., rural, 1948-50. Died Oct. 2, 1960, age 79. Sisters: Leila, Alma and Mrs. H.B. Thorgremsin.






HALVERSON, RUTH (PETERSON) Born Feb. 12, 1888, St. Paul, Minn., to Andrew and Vitalia (Ahlen) Peterson. Her parents were born in Sweden. They came to St. Paul and were active for 50 yrs.in First Swedish Luth. Church.Children: Dr. Paul Halverson, Syracuse, N.Y. and Leila (m. Rev.
