Born Nov. 9, 1864, Decorah, Ia.,
 to Mikkel E. (b. Oct. 15, 1826, Odda, Hardanger, immigrated, 1851)
and Ragnhild Rasmussen (b. Hardanger, Norway, to Rasmus and Cecelia Jostad Ullensvang) Mansager.
 They had six children: Rasmus, Julia, HOFF, Rachel, Anna, Sarah.
 In 1878 the family moved to a farm near Colton, S.D. Members of St. Ansgar Lutheran Church.
Married to Aslaug (Alice) Qualseth, 1892. Died Mar. 28, 1940.


MANSAGER, ASLAUG (ALICE) QUALSETH alt
Born Sept. 6, 1872, Ovre, Telemark, Norway, to Olav and Anna Qualseth (Olav had a brother, Rev. E.H. Midtboe, Dell Rapids, S.D. Olav died in Norway).
Anna and family (except Olav, oldest son, who remained in Norway) immigrated in 1885 to Dell Rapids, S.D.

Married to Hoff M. Mansager, 1892.
Died Mar. 28, 1921.

Their eight children: Ruby (m. Adolph Abrahamson, farmer) teacher, graduate of U. of Minn.; Ada (m. Myron W. Larsen, M.D.) teacher, Hilda (m. Newton Richardson, Chester, S.D.); Oscar, Exec.
V.P. of Hoover Worldwide, N.Y.C., Selma (m. Henry V. Huntimer, farmer, Colton, S.D.) nurse; Roy (d. 1934); Felix (m. Geraldine Larson), Exec. V.P. Hoover Co., Canton, Ohio; Vivian (m. Leland Randall, business, Dell Rapids, S.D.) Teacher.
